By accessing and using FaithStream ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Nature of Service

FaithStream is a curated music streaming platform dedicated to Telugu Christian music. During our "Beta" phase, the Service is operated as an individual project focused on community worship and support for local artists.

3. Curated Content & Artist Rights

We take intellectual property seriously. Our service model includes:

• Manual Review: Every artist profile and song is manually checked and verified by our team before being made public.
• Personal Onboarding: We work directly with artists to ensure they have the right to share their music on our platform.
• Copyright Ownership: All rights to the music remain with the original creators/artists. FaithStream is granted a non-exclusive license to stream the music to our users.

4. Copyright Poly (DMCA)

If you believe that any content on FaithStream infringes upon your copyright, please contact us immediately at legal@faithstream.com. We will review and remove infringing content as part of our "Notify and Takedown" procedure.

5. User Accounts

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. Any activity under your account is your responsibility. Premium features are subject to active subscription status.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not attempt to reverse engineer the app, "rip" or download audio files outside of the official offline mode, or use the service for any illegal purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. As an early-stage project, we do not guarantee 100% uptime or error-free operation.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
