At FaithStream, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. If you no longer wish to use our service, you can request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated information.
Once your account is deleted, all your favorites, playlists, and premium subscription history will be permanently erased. This data cannot be recovered.
You can request account deletion through either of the following methods:
Log in to the FaithStream app on your device, navigate to Settings > Profile > Delete Account. Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm your identity and complete the request.
If you are unable to access the app, you can send an email to policyfaithstream@sotersystems.in using the email address associated with your account. Please use the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
Upon processing your request, Soter Systems will permanently remove the following from our production servers:
Note: If you have an active Premium subscription, please ensure you cancel it through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store before requesting deletion, as we cannot manage third-party billing after your account is removed.
Account deletion requests are typically processed within 7-14 business days. You will receive a final confirmation email once the process is complete.
